Client Contact & Project Information: Retained only for the duration of the service, project, or active business relationship and deleted once no longer required for operational or communication purposes.
Financial, Accounting, and Tax Records: Invoices, contracts, payment records, and related documentation may be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) audit and regulatory requirements.
Administrative and Operational Records: Retained only as long as necessary to support business operations and compliance obligations.
After all applicable retention periods are satisfied, records are securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with industry best practices.
